Fresh & Green’s arranged the time-sensitive relocation of two of its Baltimore grocery stores to four different locations in Maryland through Movers USA, Inc., a leading moving company in Baltimore MD, which completed the move in a record breaking time of three and a half days.
Fresh & Green’s is on the move and Movers USA made it all happen. Instead of speculating who is going to win the 2012 Super Bowl or watching the New York Giants beating the New England Patriots together with 111.3 million US viewers, The company’s dedicated employees were packing and moving in Baltimore two Fresh & Green’s fully stocked-up stores, totals in 80,000 sqr ft.
In a record breaking time of three and a half days Movers USA’s professional movers were able to fully pack, load and transport the two mega stores located in Parkville, MD and in Hampden, MD. The operation was planned carefully by Movers USA’s commercial division and on Friday afternoon, when the green light to start the move was given, Movers USA’s teams filled out the two stores and packed over 15,000 boxes of merchandise in a little over three days. The move required the careful coordination of the stores management, the movers and packers in the stores and the drivers hauling the trailers to their new locations. All teams worked in sync to complete the move on time.

In February of 2012 Giant Food acquired two Fresh & Green’s stores in the Baltimore area, and is planning to convert them to Giant branded stores. The stores are located on West 41st Street in Baltimore and on Harford Road in Parkville.
