I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know what a wonderful experience working with you and your movers has been! I received my belongings yesterday and despite a few problems I foresee, all went well!

First, I want to compliment you on your tremendous help and patience throughout this stressful time for me. I was very unsure on how this process worked, as you know, I had very many questions and I just wanted to be as prepared as I could be. So to you I want to let you and your supervisors know, I appreciate all your consideration, knowledge and patience and I personally wish to THANK YOU again! As far as the two men who picked up my things in North Carolina, my hat's off to them. The younger guy was very quiet, but the other guy was very courteous on the phone calls, I was as flexible for him as I could be for the pick up time changes, and he was an absolute delight to work with. He explained the tickets, (colored labels) diligently worked to have my things loaded very quickly and I want to take the time to make sure that HE and his suprvisor knew, as well, how grateful, thankful and appreciative I am of his patience with me and their care for my things.

Yesteerday, Mark delivered my belongings and what a quite gem! We helped him as much as we could. He was also a pleasure to work with and a wonderful handler of the 18 wheeler. He had to maneuver that thing into a tiny space for us and he did it! I enjoyed helping him.

Jim and his crew of 4 other guys were amazing. We have moved many times in our careers, but have never encountered such as professional and happy crew. They were always smiling and seemed to be having a good time even though it was a chore filling two 27' trucks crammed tight with all our belongings. An example of their professionalism: we have an "L" shaped side walk. Most service personel working at our home cut across the grass rather than following the sidewalk. This tramples down the grass so I have to remind everyone to stay on the walk. I didn't have to remind Jim's crew -- they did it on their own. If they respected our lawn, even though it took extra steps -- think what they did in the care of our furniture!

We have a very valuable Stickley Rocker. Jim personally wrapped it -- and packed it so good it could have gone to the moon and back undamaged.

They all worked very hard. There wasn't a "slacker" in the bunch.

One final but important note. Our move was not a long distance move so it was by the hour rather than by weight. A friend told me "Oh no, moving companies that charge by the hour will go slow in order to run up the charges". Not Jim's crew. They raced through the project. We had a large, complicated move, yet Jim and his crew never let up. That is why I say they are amazing. Also Tom McJilton, the sales rep, was professional and courteous to work with. He followed through on every call and always returned messages.

This was a great experience in every aspect.
